Job Summary:

CUSCEN ERP is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented BDE/ Sales Executive to drive ERP, DMS, HR, POS solution sales in the Vietnamese market. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals with small to mid-sized enterprises across key industries. You will play a critical role in expanding CUSCEN ERP’s market presence and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calls (telesales), referrals, and social media outreach
  • Identify customer pain points and position CUSCEN ERP as the best-fit solution
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales and Technical teams to conduct product demos

    and solution scoping

  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and report regularly on progress using CRM

    tools

  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on post-sale engagement
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and identify upsell opportunities
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and client meetings to promote CUSCEN

    ERP

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in ERP, software, or technology

    solutions

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, business process automation, or SaaS models

  • Proficient in Vietnamese; English communication skills preferred
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

    Preferred Experience:

  • Selling ERP to sectors like construction, manufacturing, real estate, or trading
  • Understanding of ERP modules such as finance, distribution, HRM, or project management
  • Working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech or startup environment
